Returns & Refunds

 

At KOSI London, we take pride in the quality of our luxury bamboo socks. As a wholesale business, we only accept returns for items that have genuine factory faults or manufacturing defects.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product has a clear factory fault or defect

  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

  • The item is unworn and returned in its original packaging

How to Request a Return

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please:

  1. Email us at hello@kosilondon.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the fault

    • Clear photos of the issue

  2. Wait for return authorisation and instructions from our team

Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, send the item(s) back as instructed

  • All items must be in original packaging and unused

Refunds & Credits

  • If the item is confirmed to have a factory fault, we will issue either:

    • A full refund to your original payment method

      or

    • A credit note for future orders, as agreed

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, overstock, or items without a proven defect

  • Any returned goods not meeting the above criteria will be returned back to the customer
